Its more of a ‘Gem’-Shedpur than Jamshedpur

Perhaps someone has truly remarked, “Where there is a will, There is a way”. There used to be a trend when it was said that only people with a family dynasty can make it to the glamour world. However, things have changed now. Gone are the days when the Bollywood film Industry used to be the fort of people from metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
It is usually said that an individual’s perseverance does pay off. After well known, established celebrities like Pratyusha Bannerjee and Imtiaz Ali, it is Rajiv Ranjan(a resident of Sidgoda, Jamshedpur) who is going to appear on 70mm cinema. Currently, he is busy in the shoot of movie “Gabbar” under the bannerof Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

He is going to play the role of a governmental officer on screen along with the well known face of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar. And the best part of the story is that this isn’t his beginning as he has already portrayed an appreciable character of an ATS officer in the action thriller “Baby”. Similarly he has been a part of movies like”Shanghai” & “Aurangzeb” as well. In the near future, audience is going to witness his performance in films like Sunny Deol’s “Ghayal Returns”, King Khan’s film “Raees” and Sanjay Gupta’s directorial film “Jazba”. After knowing about this talent i strongly feel anout my city that Its more of a Gem-shedpur than jamshedpur.
We wish rajiv ranjan a very best of luck for his bollywood journey, more to come 🙂
Let the other people know about this talent..do share his story. Thanks
